Our standard delivery service will dispatch your items second class Royal Mail. We also offer an express service which will be delivered in 1-2 working days.


Customers should receive their products within 5 working days.

How much does postage cost?

If you spend over £35 in one order, P&P is FREE.

For orders below this our standard P&P cost is £2.99, however Express P&P is available £4.99.

My order hasn’t been delivered?

Please check whether Royal Mail have left a card, the item may be back at your local post office if you were unable to answer the door or were out at the time of delivery.

How to I track my order?

Once you have placed your order you can sign into your account to see the status of your order.



Can I return my product?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return any item within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be returned unused and in a re-sellable condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.

We strongly advise that you obtain proof of delivery from your postage service as we cannot be held liable for returned items lost in the post, or not signed for by us.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
